The Sports4Fun Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains this policy to outline how refund requests for donations or payments are handled. While we aim to accommodate reasonable requests, all refunds are subject to applicable laws and the specific circumstances of each transaction. By making a donation or payment through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined here.

Refund Policy

The Sports4Fun Foundation is committed to transparency and integrity in all financial transactions. As a nonprofit organization, donations are typically considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur. Refunds may be issued under limited circumstances, such as duplicate donations, incorrect amounts, or technical issues. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.

Program fees or payments made for events, sponsorships, or services associated with the Foundation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on documented needs, fairness, and organizational policy.

Refund Eligibility for Donations

Donations are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered if:

  • A duplicate donation was made

  • An incorrect amount was entered

  • A technical error occurred during processing

  • A donor’s account was compromised

We may request proof of the issue before issuing a refund.

Refund Eligibility for Program Payments

If payments are made for events, sponsorships, fundraisers, or special programs, refunds may be granted if:

  • The event is canceled by the Foundation

  • A payment was made in error

  • A participant can no longer attend due to valid, documented circumstances (subject to review)

Refund decisions for programs are made at the Foundation’s discretion.

Timeframe for Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction. Requests made after this period may not be eligible unless required by law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at:

Include the following:

  • Full name

  • Email used for the transaction

  • Date and amount of donation/payment

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but generally take 5–10 business days.

Third-Party Payment Platforms

Donations made through third-party services (e.g., Donorbox, Stripe, PayPal, fundraising platforms) may be subject to their own policies. Processing fees deducted by third parties may not be refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Completed donations after impact has been made

  • Merchandise purchases where items have already shipped

  • Sponsorship agreements once benefits have been delivered

  • Tickets or fees for events that have already taken place

Foundation Discretion

The Sports4Fun Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request to ensure the fairness, sustainability, and integrity of our mission and financial operations.
